On February 23rd and 24th members of the Georgia Tech Honors Program traveled to the University of North Georgia in Dahlonega to attend the annual conference of the Georgia Collegiate Honors Council (GCHC). Seven students presented their research, one won an award, and two were elected to officer positions in GCHC. Interim Director Dr. Amy D'Unger was also elected to the position of Faculty Vice President.
Samadhi Attanayaka was elected the Student Vice President and Angelina Rodriguez was elected Student Member at Large of GCHC.
Carlos Márcio de Oliveira e Silva Filho won the second place paper award for all STEM papers. Congrats to the three of them!

Georgia Tech will host the February 2025 annual GCHC conference.
