While the Martinson Faculty Fellows program is just launching, we have a clear vision for the development of the program in the future.

Community of Practice
We hope to leverage the growing cohort of Martinson Faculty Fellows to establish a Faculty Advisory Council for the John H. Martinson Honors Program.  In partnership with teaching experts around campus, we also seek to create an ongoing Faculty Learning Community around high-impact teaching.

Faculty-Student Engagement
The MFF Program creates opportunities for participation in co-curricular programming, project showcases, and student reflection activities.  These will help build connections to highly engaged JMHP students eager to participate in interdisciplinary learning experiences.

Opportunities for Leadership
As the program grows, Senior Fellows will have the opportunity to mentor new Fellows and help shape the program.  Fellows will also help to develop new immersive learning pathways and community partnerships.
