The Martinson Faculty Fellows program is designed to enrich the experience of John H. Martinson Honors Program students and provide tangible benefits to participating faculty.

Professional Development
The MFF Program offers an opportunity to deepen engagement with high-impact teaching practices while immersed in a cohort focused on pedagogical innovation and mentorship.  The MFF will provide
structured development aligned with national honors and experiential learning best practices.

Teaching Innovation
The financial support provided by the MFF Program will give faculty dedicated time to experiment with immersive and reflective learning models, working collaboratively with colleagues across disciplines.

Career and Promotion Value
The work that will be done by those in the MFF Program is in direct alignment with University System of Georgia expectations around student success.  Fellows will be able to demonstrate contributions to student mentorship, experiential learning, and innovative teaching.
